The task of the assignment was to perform research on how chemicals are currently classified as safe or dangerous in terms of our public perception and by chemists, and determine whether there should be a new classification system based on our research.

Glow: I did well on displaying proper essay format. It is good that my writing was on topic and I used proper APA citations. 

The task of the assignment was to generate a virtual lab experiment which introduces the topic of mineral identification. I was required to answer multiple questions about what I just discovered.

Grow: I could work on looking over my answers to see if it is relevant to the topic I am learning about. I could also find a way to support my answers a little bit if possible.

The task of the assignment was to answer numerous questions revolving around the understanding of different aspects including emission, absorption, electromagnetic radiation, electrons, energy, light, colors, spectrum, and Bohr Models. A Bohr model by the way, is a model that was made to explain how light interacts with the electrons in an atom to produce spectral lines.

Glow: I did well on showing effort and trying my best to answer all of the questions that were assigned. 

The task of the assignment was to answer numerous questions revolving around the understanding of different aspects including Einstein, energy, photons, frequency, wavelength, energy, or UV radiation. A fact displays that a black body radiation occurs when electromagnetic radiation is given off by a hot object or substance. 

Grow: I could work on looking over my answers to see if it is relevant to the topic I am learning about. I also should have watched the first 2 recommended videos on the first page of the packet. That way, I could gain more understanding of the whole assignment.

The overall objective of this assignment was to access the correct source of a video or piece of text and answer question based on what I learned from it. I can inform that molten lava groups with anhydrite below the Naica Mountain. Then if the conditions are correct or valid, anhydrite could absorb the water to become gypsum and then will crystalize into selenite. 

Glow: I did well on trying my best on answering the questions with originality. I also did well on formatting proper drawings and illustrations near the end of this assingment.

The overall task or goal in this lab assignment is to determine or find out the density, mass and other properties or certain minerals and to use that information and apply it to our knowledge. I used a specific method which was most appropriate for me to concisely report my data and that was a table. It is the most convenient source to use because it is an easy way to represent results in a document.

Grow: I could work on looking over my answers to see if it is relevant to the topic I am learning about. I could also find a way to check twice about my data to see if I did anything wrong.

The overall task or goal in this assignment was pretty fun. This was because this task was hands-on. We were asked to make a spectroscope out of the materials we received. I believe that spectroscope is made to separate the kinds of colors emitted based on the type of light source you aim it at for you to see through.

Glow: I did well on following the instructions on how to correctly or properly make this spectroscope. It was a good tactic to try to replicate the video representation tutorial video provided as best as possible, so you don't make mistakes although its nature to all of us.

The objective of the authentic assessment. Project was to make an anchor chart focusing on a timeline including many philosophers and their innovations. Acknowledging them is important because their observations and inventions are what advanced the way we perceive things.

Grow: I could've added more pictures and/or color around the poster. I also could use a sharpie to make the information pop as it could be easier to see, even from a distant perspective.

The objective of this assignment was to design and carry out an experiment to make my own crystals at home from household ingredients. I would write a modified laboratory report using the Lab Poster Template to help explain the conditions that affect the growth of your crystal. It was my job to edit the template directly.

Glow: I could've done better following the directions. It was more likely o that I did not have all of the things I needed and that affected the crystal to take on an icy approach.

The objective of this assignment was to familiarize myself with Minerals, Crystals, and Gemstones, then create my own research poster that succinctly explains how the elements in crystals and gemstones present affect the structure and properties of crystals and gemstones. My research poster must include many beautiful, colored photos and crystals.

Grow: I did well on completing the assignment. I admire how I added mostly everything that was needed in the poster. I added color, pictures and a little bit of information here and there. I believe that my format was compatible.

The objective of the authentic assessment was to watch videos, take notes, and perform a virtual lab experiment to help us gain more comprehension around the meaning of Acid-Base Titrations. I did learn that Frances Oldham Kelsey graduated from high school at the age of 15 and still earned a doctorate in pharmacology.

Glow: I did well on completing Virtual Titration Experiment. And I think I elaborated my answers on the first pages of this packet.

The objective of this quiz is quite simple. A Lewis dot structure can be thought as a way to interpret or illustration electrons preferably valencene electrons surrounding around a specific letter representing an element on the periodic table. Our job was to make Lewis Dot structures of BeH_2, and SnCl_3^-.

Grow: I should have paid more attention to the second diagram. I did not notice a nearby anion present. This means that an electron gets added. These are mostly shown as a raised power above an element or two (-1, or -3). That was the only problem I had with this quiz. But at the same time, my memory isn't the best sometimes. But at the same, same time, I should be more alert.
