Marking Period 2
This assignment was completed as a part of our unit about a book written by Shakespeare called Of Mice and Men.
Glow: I did well on the introduction. I liked the way I started with a question for readers or listeners to think about.
Grow: I could work on my conclusion because I didn't think I added enough sentences of closing information.
This assignment taught me about Shakespeare's life and what he did when he was alive.
Glow: I think I excelled in collaboration with my team partner and contributed to the work.
Grow: I could have worked on presentation aids like maybe I should look at the screen less and talk to the audience a bit more.
Marking Period 3
The components of this assignment are talking about a specific brand of our choice. (For my choice, PlayStation)
Glow: I did a good job on explaining the origins of PlayStation and how it became popular over the years.
Grow: I could have done better with my comprehension in the research.
This assignment challenged me to paraphrase a poem and use emojis to represent some of the lines in it.
Glow: I think I did good on backing up my emojis with evidence.
Grow: I could have been more specific with my explanation of the poem.
Marking Period 4
The objective of this assignment was to prepare for a debate of whether a character from Romeo and Juliet is guilty for Rome and Juliet's death or not.
Glow: I did well on keeping my voice audible during the debate.
Grow: I should have contributed more to the debate planning guide meaning that I could have written more.
