Marking Period 1
The task of the assignment was to make a lab report reflecting on our performance while also talking about what we learned. This was made to help us learn about one dimensional motion.
Glow: I did well on including as much information as possible. I tried to input info that was relevant to cover up the missing work I did.
Grow: I could've paid more attention in the lab report itself because we were distracted many times which was one of the reasons my group and I didn't complete everything that was assigned. I also should've fixed my title at the beginning.
The task of the assignment was to make a lab report reflecting on our performance while also talking about what we learned. This was made to help us learn about Newton's Second Law.
Glow: I did well on completing the assessment and turning in what I have. I wanted to complete the most important parts of the lab report like data or the conclusion.
Grow: I could've added or elaborated more including my theory, or the error calculations. They were a bit difficult and took time which was very delicate when it came to this assignment.
Marking Period 2
The task of the assignment was to make a lab report reflecting on our performance while also talking about what we learned. This was made to help us learn about how work and energy can collaborate to demonstrate physics at its interest.
Glow: I did well on completing the assessment and trying my best to apply myself throughout the lab experiment. There were some complications, but I still try to be present and make the best of any disadvantages.
Grow: I could've added more to my lab report. It does lack a few points and correct info like the error calculations or percentages. These are the factors I need to work on.
The task of the assignment was to make a lab report reflecting on our performance while also talking about what we learned. This was made to help us learn about static and kinetic frictions and how they are important in some cases.
Glow: I did well on completing the lab. Even if we did not finish, I still proved my effort into particpation. I also did well on writing the commentary for each question and requirement.
Grow: I could've inputted better questions. This way, my teacher can believe that I fully understand what I was learning. I also could have added a better google sheets chart as it might've left out some important variables.
Marking Period 3
The task of the quiz was to first match the equations with its proper meaning, then answer real-world problems. The back of the quiz consists of a sketching requirement of a circle while each of its angular factors should be labeled and a space below for me to write both sets of the kinematics equations.
Glow: I did well on completing the quiz. Along with trying my best to pass. I was able to partially memorize the kinematics equations. Some parts of the equations convert into another variable like omega, or a curvy "w" shaped shape.
Grow: I could've inputted better answers. This way, my teacher can believe that I fully understand what I was learning. I also could have added an explanation of my answers in the real-world situation questions. This might show that I understand it fully, which I don't now.
The task of the quiz was to modify true of false statements about the composition of dot and cross products. The rest of the quiz was a set of vectors/numbers. It was my job to find the dot product and cross product for each. The final question included area identification.
Glow: I did well on completing the quiz. Along with trying my best to pass. Although I didn't it was the effort and my work provided that showed that I was attempting to impress my physics teacher.
Grow: I could've used the power of multiplication because for both types of products, I added the linear directions instead of multiplying them. this led to incorrect answers and statistics. I also had trouble remembering how to find the area of a typical parallelogram on a coordinate plane. This might need practicing as I might revisit this topic in future assignments. (notes were taken)
Marking Period 4
The task of the assessment was to first complete a sophisticated test dedicated to the upcoming NJSLA. I learned . . . . . . . . . honestly nothing. It is rather something you educated yourself with as you progress through the test.
Glow: I did well on completing the test and trying my best (hey that rhymed!) I was able to understand the feeling of actually taking such an important test.
Grow: I could work on making a better performance on the test meaning getting a higher score. Because of this I can take on the responsibility of completing a mandatory make up test assignment.
The task of the quiz was to complete a quiz dedicated to a lab experiment which is to be performed after the quiz is dealt with. It was claimed that "To obtain a better understanding of torque and the conditions for rotational static equilibrium and to determine the tension on the supporting cord in a strut system by applying the conditions of rotational equilibrium in the system.
Glow: I think I did well on completing the quiz. Along with trying my best to pass. It was the effort and my work provided that I could use to attempt to impress my physics teacher.
Grow: I could have tried better. Although I think I did well, I ended up guessing on some of the questions. This jeopardizes my reading skills as there is a text which helps me figure out the comprehension of each question.
