Make sure you have completed the Classen Interest Form so we can connect you with an application manager. Also, filling this form out will sign you up for weekly updates on the application process!

Upon completing the Classen Interest Form, you will be assigned an application manager who will reach out to you via email to answer any questions you may have in completing the process. You do not need to wait for this step in order to begin working on the application.

The application can be completed and submitted online via email to your application manager. It can also be printed and returned to the main office during normal business hours, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.
