• Please allow up to two hours for the testing session.

Placement testing DOs:

• Be early to the test (Doors opens at 8:30)

• Demonstrate Academic Integrity

• Pencil(s) & scratch paper will be provided

Placement testing DON’Ts:

• Students are not allowed to have a calculator or any math aids

• Students are not allowed to have dictionaries 

• Students are not allowed to have cell phones out during testing

• Testing has three parts:

  1. English & Language Arts (20 questions)

  2. Math (25 questions) 

  3. Short Answer Essay

• Placement testing is just one part of the total selection process.

• Acceptance/Regret letters will be mailed beginning March 15th.

• The testing environment is a big spacious room with plenty of seating and space for all participants. 

• The placement test is NOT TIMED. Students are allowed to take as much time as needed to complete testing. 

• If you are in need of IEP/504 accommodations above and beyond what is above, please COMPLETE THIS FORM by the Wednesday before you plan on testing.
