Schack PDL Hub: Your Destination for CRE Industry-Specific Career Resources

The Schack PDL Hub is dedicated to preparing students for success while also advancing the broader commercial real estate industry. We provide industry-specific professional development support to both graduate and undergraduate students, with the goal of preparing future leaders for a wide range of high-impact roles in commercial real estate.

In addition to CRE technical skills and industry knowledge, the Hub emphasizes long-term leadership development through workshops, coursework, and events.

The Hub is led by Faculty Director Stephanie Wright and Schack Director of Communications & Events, Jessica Estrada-Watson, and works in close partnership with the NYU SPS Wasserman Center to integrate specialized career support with broader resources across SPS.

The PDL Hub offers students training in Excel and Argus, support with financial modeling, and access to key CRE data tools such as Trepp, Moody’s CRE and Preqin. We likewise strengthen student’s understanding of real estate as a business through industry events, workshops, and panels with practitioners.
