To help set students up for success, the accelerated track is test-in only. If you wish to enroll in more than four courses a semester, you must take an Entry Skills Assessment. The intent of this assessment is to gauge your preparation for core course content and the likelihood of successfully managing the rigors of the additional course load.
The assessment covers topics generally fundamental to proficiency in real estate finance and investment, such as discounted cash flow analysis, mortgage math, and basic lease analysis; additionally, it covers a handful of GMAT-style quantitative skills questions focused in areas such as algebra and statistics. It is a combination of multiple-choice and calculation questions.
