What to do if OSHA arrives at your location:
CALL 702-799-6496 IMMEDIATELY AND ASK FOR A DIRECTOR IN REGARDS TO OSHA SHOWING UP TO THE LOCATION.
Do not let the OSHA Representative walk around the location.
Do not sign anything or answer any questions regarding the complaint.
Risk Management will send someone out to assist the OSHA Representative or will direct the site on how to proceed.
