Coach Lauren Votaw is in her 7th year as the head coach of Fishers High School in Fishers Indiana. She has compiled an overall record of 114-37 and is in her 15th season coaching overall and has accomplished the following: 

• Hoosier Crossroads Conference Champions: 2020, 2021, 2023

• Sectional Champion: 2020, 2023

• Regional Champion: 2023

• Semi-State Champion: 2023

• State Runner-Up: 2023

SEASON PREVIEW: This group understands what it means to be a Lady Tiger and the importance of our team culture. It is exciting to continue to work with young ladies who believe in the program and I am looking forward to watching how they come together and forge new roles in leadership both on and off the court. This group returns a great deal of talent from a team that lost in the State Championship, but also lost several key players.  As the season progresses, I look for us to form a new identity as a team, while building on last year's success.
