Lyndsie Long in in her 11th year coaching at Downers Grove South High School, in the 2022-23 season she guided her team to a conference championship She played at Elmhurst University (College back then) from 2006-2010.  Most decorated player in Elmhurst College history for women's basketball. 4x all-conference player. 2009-10 CCIW player of the year. One of five players to be receive first-team All-America accolades from the Women's Basketball Coaches Association and D3hoops.com during the 2009-10 season. Named to the Elmhurst College Hall of Fame in 2015. 

SEASON PREVIEW: This group is so hard working and cares a lot for one another. I believe this group has what it takes to win back to back conference championships.  With the mix of work ethic and skill, we should be looking at a very fun and rewarding season.
