Deserea Howard 5th year coaching at Alton High her career record is 60-45. She guided her team to conference & regional championships in 2023. In college she ran track and field at the University of Illinois- Champaign. As a high school athlete she was named an All - Area Basketball player by the Chicago Tribune out of Homewood Flossmoor High School. 

SEASON PREVIEW: I think this is a group that can make a strong push for a 4A state title and we will be looking play a tough regular season schedule in preparation for that!
