Create a sleep routine:
- Wind down by reading, showering, washing your face, brushing your teeth and/or listening to soft music
- Go to bed at the same time every night, at a reasonable hour
- Wake up at the same time every morning, providing plenty of time to get ready for school
- If you have a hard time waking up in the morning, set an alarm and place it across the room so you need to physically walk over to turn it off.
- Avoid watching tv or using electronics*

- Slumber- offers meditation, bedtime stories and background noises to help you fall asleep.
- Calm- this app has a section for Sleep Stories that are soothing for kids and adults
