A learning module is a great way to organize materials and assignments by week or unit to provide a more structured learning experience.
Create a Learning Module
Click Content on the course navigation bar. On the Course Content page, click the Plus (+) icon and then select Create.
Under Create Item, select Learning module.
Give the learning module a name, set its availability, provide a description, decide its sequencing, and add an image.
Click Save.
You can add content to any course, module, or folder by hovering your cursor over the area where you would like to add content to and clicking the Plus (+) icon.
Add Content to a Learning Module
Click on the learning module that needs content to expand it.
Click the Plus (+) icon nested in the learning module and then select Create.
On the Create Item page, you can create different types of content, including:
Course Content Items - folders, documents, links, teaching tools with LTI connection
Assessments - tests, assignments, forms
Participation and Engagement - discussions, journals
Select the type of content you are trying to add to the learning module and go through the steps required to configure that content item.
