A document gives you a page where you can add text, audio, video, files, and images to provide content to students.
Click on the learning module that needs a document to expand it.
Click the Plus (+) icon nested in the learning module and then select Create.
Under Create Item, select Document.
Give the new document a name.
You can select different document block types.
Content - Will allow you to create a webpage. Layout and format your content inside of the text editor.
File upload - Will allow you to add a file from your computer.
Click File upload.
Browse and attach the file from your computer. The file will process and the Edit File Options dialogue will appear. You can change the file display name and decide if the students can view, download the file, or both.
Click Save. The file is now listed.
Adjust the availability of the document. It is unavailable to students by default.
Click Save.
Click the X icon to exit the document page that you just created.
