Once you have built out a course in Blackboard Ultra, you can easily copy it into a new course site, instead of building it again from scratch. You can also only copy the items that you need.
Go into the course that needs the content.
On the Course Content page, click on the More Options (***) icon.
Select Copy Items. Previous courses are listed. Use the search feature to find a course or the right/left arrows to navigate the course list.
Copy an Entire Course
Select the box for the previous course.
The course is now listed in the right panel.
This process will preserve the availability and release condition states.
Copy Specific Content Items
Click on the previous course name.
Select the items you would like copied.
The items are now listed in the right panel.
This process will not preserve the availability and release condition states.
Click Start Copy.
