As IT Director I:
Support the Coordinator of Instructional Technology as needed in coordinating schedules and responsibilities of the campus Instructional Technologists
Manage the IT Team to implement technology initiatives
Help create and provide support, training, and resources both for and alongside Instructional Technologists
Assign Instructional Technologists to campuses and C&I teams as needed to support campus and district initiatives
Perform yearly review and evaluation of IT Team members job performance and areas of growth
Communicate regularly with both the Director of Data Services and the Director of Technology to ensure students have the resources they need to succeed
Work with Technology Department engineers to continually monitor and assess the effectiveness of our learning management system in fulfilling the needs of our teachers and students
