2. PRIDES Hub - Comms (Final 16/11)

Different types of requests

The PRIDES Hub will handle requests slightly differently dependending on the nature of the input required from the Hub team

The PRIDES Hub is happy to receive requests for advice and guidance on all aspects of developing a new local PRIDES service, or enhancing an already great service!

  • The focus of the PRIDES service will always be with a view to activity that has an educational purpose for the local PRIDES service moving forward.

  • With that aim in mind, requests for assistance with the development of a Health Informatics tool for a specific study will only be handled with a confirmed involvement from the requesting LCRN which enhances their own knowledge and service in future.

  • If that involvement cannot be arranged at the time of the request, as per the existing IT Solutions process, the Hub will advise the LCRN to gauge whether a supporting LCRN can assist with the development request.
