At Chilwell Valley and Meadows Practice our research is fundamentally collaborative and intrinsically linked to the success of our local partners in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care System (ICS). We actively partner with the other organisations in our ICS that provide a range of NHS services including acute, community, mental health, ambulance and primary care services. This close collaboration ensures we are integrating and coordinating research processes and infrastructure to support efficient set up and delivery of research studies that follow the patient journey, crossing organisational and sector boundaries. By working with frontline clinicians from across all local settings, we can offer an unparalleled experience to sponsors wishing to perform all types of research in the area. Our goal is to deliver research studies that improve outcomes in population health and healthcare, improve joined up care and reduce inequalities. We are also passionate about equity of access to research opportunities for people in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. Our key local collaborators are Nottingham University Hospitals Trust, Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Trust and East Midlands Ambulance Service.
