How and why we use your personal data

The primary purpose of the Sponsor Engagement Tool is to record assessments of study progress by contacts of the Sponsor Organisation, or their delegated contacts in CRO/CTU Organisations. The email address of the contact making the assessment is also recorded.

These details will be shared with the Central Portfolio Management System (CPMS) and those individuals authorised to access that system;  details of CPMS access for different roles are described in the CPMS Terms and Conditions of Use

Other use of personal data

• Analytics – We log the time and date users login to the application to assist with monitoring for diagnostic purposes. We intend to use Google Analytics for navigation and usage reporting.

• Personalisation – We use navigation data and personal information to enable us to tailor the services provided to you, including keeping you informed.

• Information such as contact details is collected and retained for the purpose of contacting the person or people who is/are responsible for the studies on our portfolio, as per the Terms and Conditions.

• Data Security - We use usernames and passwords to ensure you only access appropriate data.
