- We will never share personal information with other third parties without your consent
- Summarised information is shared with Department of Health and Social Care and NIHR Management Teams for the purpose of business planning and reporting.
- Nominated NIHR Learn Administrators in Local Clinical Research Networks manage and report learner information and learning activity records relevant to their local regions and courses. This information is shared with LCRN Management teams for the purpose of business planning and reporting.
- Navigation data, such as standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns is shared with Google Analytics. For information about how Google Analytics uses your personal information, please see Google Privacy and Terms and Safeguarding your Data. This can also help system administration and bug tracking.
- Personal information will be used by the Workforce, Learning and Organisational Development and PA Consulting help desk support teams to contact you during investigation of a fault or following a request for support.
- All partner organisations are either contractually obliged or have signed up to a Data Processing Agreement, which prevents them from sharing your data with other non-authorised third parties and provides for the secure disposal of this data.
