The Consortium of the University of Leeds and Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust (“The Consortium”) is the Data Processor for the Join Dementia Research (JDR). The Consortium provides the National Institute for Health Research (“NIHR”) Clinical Research Network Coordinating Centre (“CRNCC”) on behalf of the Department of Health and Social Care and the CRNCC is responsible for the processing of your personal data.
