Ready, Set, Go Day!

Friday, Novmber 9th was Ready, Set, Go Day. Ready, Set, Go Day is put together by Mr. Tynes, our P.E. teacher to practice and celebrate 'Sportspersonship, Effort, and Teamwork.' Students came together as a grade level and participated in 4 different activities that demonstrated those values. The 4 activities were Ball Factory, Jump the Sock, Medicine Ball Pass and Climb the Wall. As each class participated in each activity, the other 1st graders watched respectfully and cheered each other on enthusiastically. It was awesome to see how excited children were for each other as they set records and overcame challenging obstacles such as climbing the wall.
