Parent’s Guide to use the application

Parents will receive regular notifications from the school and updates on their ward. This will help them to understand school outcomes and their wards performance better.

Messages

Messages are sent to Parents to notify on regular activities happening in the school. This can be announcement from the school, class homework of their ward, absence notification, etc.

Pickup info

Pick up information will give the Pickup and drop information of the Student. It will give information on who has picked or Dropped the student, Which bus route, What bus, what time.

Student Review

Student Reviews are the feedbacks shared by the teachers about the student.

Achievements

Achievements are posted when a student Achieves something, done successfully with effort, skill, or courage.

Attendance

Parents will be notified if their ward is absent. Parents can also view their ward's attendance on a daily or monthly basis.

Medical Details

School may record Medical tests information conducted, generally height, weight, cleanliness records of the students are recorded

Fee information

Fee info gives information about the Fees to be paid. Fee paid till date. Fee info feature also allows fees to be paid online and download the fee receipts. (Schools will need to enable)

Results

Parents can view results when entered by their teachers

Write Messages

Parent can write message to Class teacher of their ward or to the School Management ( only if enabled by the school)

Announcements

Announcements are the important updates given by the schools to inform parent/students on something.

Example:- School reopens on 1 june, Holiday tomorrow because of bandh

Homework

Homework or Assignments can be for the day or for future. Students/parents can view and complete it as required or asked by the teacher.

Today in class

Teachers can share what has happened in class today. Students/parents can make use of it to recall or catch up what they missed out.

Time Table

Timetable is updated by teachers regularly. Students should follow timetable published to know about their class periods. Parents can check on their ward's timetable schedule.

Events

Event is planned occasion or activity that happens or takes place in the school. When events are added by school admin, they can be seen on the school's calendar. Example school day, Sports day etc

Parents can enter feedback and view summary

Student Profile

Student Profile allows to view various information about their ward. Pick up info, Student’s Review, Attendance, Achievements, Medical Details, Fee information, Results etc.

Group info

Group info tile allows Parents to view various information about their ward and all the happenings in his/her class. Like Class Messages, Timetable, Homework/Assignments, Class notes, class resources etc

Messages

Note:- Messages in a school goes through an approval process, Whether the message can be sent with or without an approval is the decision that is taken by the school. In a School a Message can be sent from the school (Admin) to the entire School (Students, Teachers, Parents or a Particular Class). Once the Message has been sent the admin has to Approve depending on the permission given by the school.

From the main/home screen quick options, Find the Write Msg! tile, Click on it.

You need to select your ward's class

Select Message for, it could be for Class teacher/s, For whole class or for school management. Select type of Message, Message description and send Message.

You can send message either as Web app or Notification. A webapp message can have images, video, video links, attachments.

Login to stppeify with your parent credentials,

1. Go to student menu

2. Select the Student Diary tile from the student menu

3. Select the date for which you want to enter

4. Click on Enter Parent Entry

5. On click of Enter Parent Entry, a slide window opens up in which you can enter your observations on your child

4. Parent can also enter student's report based on child's inputs, How was the weather like? How was the student's day at school? To do so, Click on Enter Student Entry

5. On click of Enter Student Entry, a slide window opens up in which you can enter your observations

6. Enter details and click on insert button

7. On click of insert, the Enter Student Entry button and Enter Parent Entry button which was red initially will turn to green. Meaning- Entry has been successfully made.

How to view summary for a particular date?

Login to stppeify with parent/student credentials,

1. Go to student menu

2. Select Student Diary tile from the student menu

3. Click on change date and select date

4. The summary will have observations of Student, Parent, Teachers if entered.
