This can happen in two situations.
New UserID creation
Existing user, who is able to use the application requires additional access.
Once the ID registration is done you will be shown screen for requesting Access
You should see three options.
Got the Access Code. Choose this if you had asked for the code earlier and have received one through SMS or email.
Apply for Access Code. Choose this option if you are sure that the Institute/school have your correct Mobile no or/and Email on their records. Your access code will be sent to one of them.
Not sure if the school has correct information about my Mobile No or Email. Choose this option to create a request to send to the school to get access.
Select the option Apply for access code.
Select the role for which you want to ask the access for.
Enter Mobile number and email ID, Click on Send Request. You should receive an email with the Access code.
Note; - Please enter mobile number or email ID given to school records.
After receiving email with access codes, Select the option Got the Access Code.
Enter the access code from the email received, Click on Send Request.
You should have now got the desired access, If you are eligible.
Select the (Not sure if the school has correct information about my Mobile No or Email…) option if you are not sure.
Select the School ID.
Enter Request Description,
Select the desired assess to true.
Fill in the required details and click on send request.
The school admin will have to manually verify you, based on the details given by you
If you find that you do not have the right access that should have got, You need to raise an access request by clicking on the “Request” icon in Quick Options Section and click on add button on top right corner.
