To update your user details click on the User Icon on bottom border, which will show a popup, here click Update User Profile and edit/update as needed:
Enter your Full Name by which you want to be addressed.
Location - Enter your location on the map so that your school knows where you come from (Note - this is shown on map and is not exact address)
Alternate Mobile Number- Enter your Alternate mobile Number only if it is different from the number given to the school.
Your photo - Take(if you are in front of a laptop with camera or using mobile) or upload your Photo, This helps you to be recognised by others.
Finally, click on save to save the Details
If you are a Parent of a student studying in the school. You must be able to see Section below Quick Options having tabs with your ward names, with each tab it will also have a subsection of Classes/Groups showing the classes and groups your ward is associated with .
Click on the “Student info” to see the information of your ward and check if the details are correct
As a staff you should have separate section with several tiles below Quick Options section with your name and picture(if loaded). Also, you will find a subsection of Classes/Groups listing all the groups and classes you are responsible or associated with.
Click on Staff Info Tile to see if your details are correct, update if needed
Employee ID: Please check your Employee ID
Designation: Check your designation given by the school. Contact Admin if incorrect
Other Role (if any) Note: An Employee can have multiple roles in a school. Contact Admin if incorrect
You can use this to share your achievements, hobbies, credentials and strengths that you want others to know and you are proud of. Click on edit on top right corner of Employee Info page to update data
Check your Employee Name is entered correctly. This should be same as on official records.(Employee name can be different from your user name, So please make sure that details are correct).
Contact Number: Enter your mobile Number and Phone Number.
Email Id :- Enter Email ID (Email id can be used to reach out to you by the school)
Your photo - Take(if you are in front of a laptop with camera or using mobile) or upload your Photo, This helps you to be easily recognised by others.
Enter Brief Introduction - Something about yourself.
Enter your Hobbies and interests.
Enter What you do ( What are your passion, and like to do).
finally, click on save to save the Details.
Note:- An Employee can be assigned to one or more role in the school.
Note:- Parents will receive regular notifications from the school and updates on their ward only when their ward is associated with the right class. Staff will receive notifications if they have the correct role or are correctly associated with Groups or classes.
If you find that you don't have the right of access, you can always raise an access request by just clicking on the “Request” icon in Quick Options Section
