Admission module for schools helps in cutting down most of the hassles that occurs during the admission process.

A new independent module to manage admission for school. This is adhoc module switched on Request. The module can be linked to external apps from where it can be called. The module allows to define the rules of admission, opening admissions/ The module has workflow starting from recording application by parents, to accepting application, scheduling interviews, fee payment and tracking till completion of admission.

How does it work?

• Firstly, the school needs to setup admissions (This include few basic settings changes) in Stppeify. It needs Admission options for school to be set up which includes information about school, documents to be carried, Class and number of seats available.

• Once the admissions are set up. The applicants who would like to apply to the school can apply by clicking on the apply button which will be shown on the school website.

• Parents can apply using the application form by filling them online and submit the same.

• Once the applications are submitted. Schools will be able to view the applications applied by the parents and also collect all the necessary data that were captured using application forms.

• Schools now should be able to filter the applications based on the various criteria that the schools consider.

• Once the applications are filtered, the school can schedule interviews

• Once the ward has cleared the interview, schools can verify documents and confirm payments from parents

• And finally complete admission process by admitting the student to the school

For Schools - How do I setup the Admissions options for my school?

• To set up admission options you would require Admin privileges

• Login as School Admin, Click on Options and select Admissions and Admission Options

• Enter Admission Application open date and Admission Application Close Date (span where the admissions are open, parents should be able to apply for admissions)

• Enter the list of classes available for admissions and number of seats available in class for which parents can apply

• You can Select the queries to be asked based on School's requirement. Transportation, Hostel facilities, Medical details, parent salary details, Religion/caste details

• Enter About School, this will show up in the admission landing page

• Enter terms and conditions, eligibility criteria that the applicants must satisfy to apply

• Enter the message that needs to be displayed before the Interview, example: (Documents to be carried at the time of interview)

• Click on update to set up the admissions for your school.

For Parents - How to apply for admissions

• For parents to apply, the admissions must be set open by the school

• If the admissions are open, parent will be able to see the Admissions open - Click to know more button on the school website.

• Click on the Admissions open - Click to know more button. Once clicked, you should be redirected to Admissions page where you can apply for admission or check on application if already applied

• Here you can go through the school's details, terms and conditions and click on apply now! button to apply for admission

• You should be redirected to the application form

• Firstly, you need to agree to all the terms and conditions by selecting it and fill the application form. Contact email and password given at the time of creation is important.

• Your Mail Id or the Application Number along with your choice of password is important for you to retrieve the application once submitted. Mail Id is used for communication. You can check the status of the application anytime coming back to this site using the Mail Id or Application Number along with password. The Application Number will be shown after form submission

• Parent can start filling the details of ward

• Once the application is filled, you can submit the form by clicking on insert button. Do not forget to copy/make a note of the application number, email and password

• Once the application form is submitted, Please click on the back button or check your application anytime by clicking on check my application button

• To check application you will need application number , Email and password given at the time of creation
