IMPORTANT ITEMS:

1. Form to be completed at least 24 hours in advance of guest's arrival.

2. RAs are to be informed (verbally, through email, or phone/text) of your guest's arrival at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Explicit permission of the rector is required before admitting any guest under the age of 18.

N.B. Guests are not permitted to stay the night in lounge areas or 24 hour space.
