Hall Commissioners

Patrick brogan, '26

President

Welcome Ramblers! My name is Patrick Brogan. I'm a sophomore Mechanical Engineering student, and I am incredibly excited to serve as this year's President! Originally from Valparaiso, IN (only an hour from campus), I have been an ND fan my whole life and now am lucky enough to be a member of the best dorm at Notre Dame, Siegfried Hall. Beyond my role in the dorm, I love listening to music (my playlist has basically every major genre on it & I can talk about music for hours) as well as playing different board/card games (huge euchre guy, always down to play). I am involved in various engineering clubs on campus and am a member of the Humor Artists of Notre Dame. Please reach out if you ever want to chat about anything! Go Irish and Ramble On!

Vice President

What's good Gentlemen. I'll be your vice president with Patrick this year. I'm a sophomore neuroscience major with a minor in business. Originally from Appleton, Wisconsin, but I'm stoked to call the Siegfried 3B Parietals quad now home. As Siggy VP, my goal this year is to install tradition and revamp the infrastructure within the dorm. Outside of Siegfried, I'm on the WSND radio board, neuro and pre-professional club, SUB, and various interhall sports. Swing by room 350 if you need anything. Looking forward to another year of winning!

Academic

What’s up Siggy men, I’m one of your academic commissioners this year! I’m from Rockford, IL, and am majoring in the Program of Liberal Studies (best major) and minoring in Public Service and Poverty Studies. I’ll only be here for the first semester, as I’m studying in Spain in the spring, but while I’m here I hope to keep all of Siggy up to date on cool lectures, new classes, and exciting activities that engage your curiosities. I will also be available for any help you guys need with the registration or major discernment. When I’m not doing things in Siegfried, I’m often participating with in the Center for Social Concerns or hanging with my PLS homies. I’ll be living in 2A parietals this year, swing by anytime!

Jack wilde, '26

Academic

I am an Italian studies and PLS double major with a pre-health supplementary major in the college of arts and letters. I am involved in Army ROTC, Glee Club (a singing group), climbing club, and pre-professional club. In my spare time I like to hang out on the quad (when it's warm), read, and ride my longboard.

As commissioner, I want to be an open resource for any and all questions relating to academics. Notre Dame is a very rigorous school especially regarding academics so it is essential to ask for advice from others in order to stay on top of things. Whether that be regarding registering for classes, help with certain subjects through tutoring, study habits and strategies, or anything of that sort, please feel free to contact me at jwilde2@nd.edu for any of these questions or find me at the 4B parietal quad to meet in person!

I am excited to meet everyone this year and looking forward to making great memories. Go Ramblers!

Hey everyone, my name is Liam Franz and I am a current junior living in 2B "The Gauntlet" this year! I'm from Hamilton, Indiana, which is a small town about an hour and a half away from campus. I am majoring in Accounting with a minor in Real Estate. On campus I am a manager for the Men's Basketball team while also working within the office of admissions. Outside of Notre Dame related activities I am an avid golfer, a huge Boston sports fan, and a big time foodie. I also love to workout, listen to all genres of music, and spend time with friends. If you ever have any questions about classes, getting involved on campus, or literally anything else in life, please reach out and I'd be more than happy to help. I'm super excited to work with Andrew to bring some sweet merch to Siegfried this year. Go Irish!

Big Brother

Hi all! My name is Cian Bagenstose, a statistics major and a rising sophomore from New Albany Ohio, and I will be your Big Brother commissioner this year! The Big Brother program is new to Siegfried this year and seeks to give freshman a veteran presence to make the biggest adjustment of their lives as smooth as possible and to help show them the ropes to reaching their potential at Notre Dame. The Big Brother Program fulfills Siegfried's mission of allowing every student to feel valued, included, and content and instills an environment of camaraderie while allowing upperclassmen to be a force for good. Besides the Big Brother Program, I am involved in Notre Dame Television and WVFI Sports Radio Network, as I have an affinity for student media and all things sports, particularly football, basketball, and hockey. I am a diehard fan of the Irish, Ramblers, Bengals, and Blue Jackets. I am also involved in Best Buddies Notre Dame and regularly volunteer at the South Bend Center for the Homeless, as I have a spirit towards community service that was instilled in me during high school when I completed a senior seminar project with my local food pantry and enlisted in a technological tutorial club meant to empower technologically insufficient seniors during the pandemic. Next, I am the Vice President of the Leprechaun Legion and serve as an Undergraduate Admissions Tour Guide/Student Ambassador, as I like to spread the joys of Notre Dame Athletics and of the University as a whole with others as an ambassador. My other interests are lifting weights(I skip Leg day), playing video games (Call of Duty and Madden are faves), and talking with friends about whatever comes to mind!

Andrew Jitendran, '26

Campus Ministry, Liturgical, Spirituality

What’s up Siggy family! My name is Andrew Jitendran and I am a sophomore from Burbank, California. I am majoring in either sociology or American studies, and Education. Schooling, and Society (ESS). I am excited to serve as your Campus Ministry, Liturgical, and Spirituality Commissioner for the 2023-2024 school year. My first year at Notre Dame introduced me to people of many different faith backgrounds. Upon examining my own beliefs, I realized the number of questions that I still had about my faith. Developing one’s faith is a never-ending journey and everyone’s path is unique. Next year, I hope to provide and publicize resources, events, and discussions that will be helpful to each one of you in discovering and traveling along the steps of your faith journeys.  Around campus, I am involved with Notre Dame EduClub, Running Club, the South Asian Student Association, Matriculate Advising, and as a leader on the Asian First Year Retreat. I believe that nobody can out-rebound me in NBA 2K and I enjoy playing whenever I have the chance. If you have any questions, want to share your ideas, or would like to learn more about spirituality-based events on campus, don’t hesitate to email me at ajitendr@nd.edu or swing by room 427 to meet in person.

I'm also extremely passionate about Italian food, and I love to listen to country music - big Jason Aldean guy - and occasionally dabble in edm and indie rock. On campus, I am Vice President of the Real Estate Club (REND), Bengal Bouts, and run Siggy Pizza. Feel free to reach out anytime! Go Irish and Ramble On!

Hey guys! My name is Noel Shabu and I will be serving as your Diversity, Gender Relations, and Inclusion Commissioner this upcoming year! I am extremely thrilled to have been appointed to this position and hope to improve the Siggy community through initiatives related to DEI. I am from Lancaster, PA, studying Biochemistry and Anthropology, and a huge Philly sports fan (my roommates, however, tend to disagree, claiming I'm not really a true fan and that I actually just hate Boston). Outside of sports, I love to spend time outdoors, cooking, and wasting my time debating about things that have no meaningful purpose. On campus, I serve as the Residential and Wellness Chair for Diversity Council, work in the Health, Hormones, and Human Behavior Lab, and love to zipp across campus on my longboard.
