The background may be an image or a movie. You may need to download the image or movie to Photos
Put photos and movies in Photos and in Google Drive folder for users to more easily access
Place the background image or video in a lower track and the recorded video on an upper track
You may want to record using the front facing camera so the person(s) being recorded see themselves in relation to the background (the front facing camera is often lower resolution)
Be sure to record the video close to the green screen so it fills the complete screen
