Complicit Behavior 

It is the responsibility of each member of the community to uphold the policies and expectations included in these guidelines. Students present during a situation which they know of behavior that is in violation of this policy, illegal, or unethical, are expected to take actions to stop the behavior if it is safe to do so. If a student remains in a situation where a policy violation, illegal actions, or unethical behavior occurs, they may be held responsible if they do not make reasonable efforts to stop the behavior or to remove themselves from the situation.
