Psychology EE's live and die based on the studies that are available for a given topic. If there have not been sufficient quality studies done, you likely do not have a viable Psych EE topic.

Talk to your teacher to find out where these studies can be found. Depending on the topic, your teacher may already know without needing to look whether a topic is viable.

If you were hoping to do experiments on your classmates, or mess with people's heads, I have bad news: you are not allowed to conduct your own primary research (no running psychological studies.)
