For the main activity in CES #5 - participants were asked, based on costs, timeline for access to additional funds, as well as the scope of work included, to select their preferred Phase 1 implementation of the Scenario 2 masterplan. 

In additon to the participants that engaged in-person (20) and at our virtual sessions (7), we also got feedback from 71 individuals via an asynchronous google survey for a total of 98 responses. 

The results are outlined below and show that roughly 45% of respondents selected the Orange Phase 1 ($97.9M) with the remaining participants split fairly close between Blue ($128.4M) and Purpole ($110M).
