Middletown Prairie Elementary

Description of Conditions

Middletown Prairie Elementary School has a very minor amount of physical needs identified.  This is a result of the recency of this building's construction, and lack of age/deterioration found in the various building systems.  

Work outlined in the assessment for this site relate to three key areas.  First is an upgrade to HVAC building controls. Second, pavement maintenance related to the large areas of paving and parking found on the site.  It must be noted, while most of our facilities (outside of the HS) house their car drop off lines on publid roads, a large amount of MPE traffic is on pavement maintained by the distict. Lastly, upgrades to play area paving and expansion for additional play areas outside of the building footprint are included in the MPE figures.
