Our grade level newsletter will be updated every two weeks to support communication between school and home.
Mid-quarter reports
Midquarter reports will be sent home on Wednesday, September 13th. Please sign and return to school. ParentVue is a great tool for checking your child's grades.

🍿PTA Movie Night 🎥
PTA Movie Night is Friday, September 22nd.
Planners
Your child fills out his/her planner each day with the topics covered in each class, as well as any homework assignments. It is a great way for your child to stay organized and on-top of due dates. Your child should be showing you his/her planner each night.
📚Reading must do/may do's 📚
Each week, students have a checklist of reading assignments to be completed during independent work time. Checklists are given to students on Mondays and are due the following Monday (If it is a longer weekend, then it is due the day we come back to school). Students have roughly 40 minutes to work on their assignments each day in class. If students do not complete their must do's on time, they will stay in from their second recess to finish it.
Water Bottles
Please remember to send your fifth grader to school each day with a water bottle. Our water bottle refilling stations are available to use throughout the day. Juice, soda, and water flavoring mix-ins are not permitted.
