Forging International Bonds with MOU Signing

A significant milestone was achieved through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between MPKEN, Alpha Japanese Language Institute, Techno Bridge NKE Corporation, and Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember. This collaboration aims to facilitate human resource development through Japanese language education and technical training. The goal is to create opportunities for Indonesian students to work in Japan, fostering a strong link between the two countries.

Representatives from the involved organizations expressed their enthusiasm during the MOU signing ceremony on July 20th at Alpha International Institute. This initiative is seen as a promising path to cultural exchange, collaboration, and mutual growth between Indonesia and Japan.

For today’s edition, our dear Naoto Phan lends us his voice for this new edition of “Voice of Asean Senpai “ !

Starting his voyage in 2009 at the esteemed Foreign Trade University located in Hanoi, Vietnam, his trajectory has been nothing short of extraordinary. A pivotal year came in 2013 when he joined AIESEC's Global Internship Program in Japan, gaining a global perspective. Returning to Vietnam in 2014, he plunged into the workforce for over a year.

2015 saw him back in Japan, securing a master's degree in public policy. This paved the way for a role in management accounting at a Japanese firm in 2017. Stepping onto the global stage once more, he joined the Swedish automotive industry in 2020, even becoming a US CPA.

By early 2023, he transitioned to a senior consultant post at a major audit firm. Yet, his dedication to community development and his fervent belief in Japan's potential remain unwavering. He strives to bolster entrepreneurial opportunities for foreign residents, a cause close to his heart.

In his words, "I have faith in Japan's future... I actively work towards contributing to foreigner’s professional and entrepreneurial success"
