MPKEN is an NPO specializing in the ASEAN!

In addition to the track record of NPO activities in each ASEAN region for more than 15 years, we also provide support for foreign students from ASEAN countries who are interested to work or continue studying in Japan.

In addition, we are continuing our activities with the aim of developing human capital that will serve as a bridge between Southeast Asia and Japan through the provision of job search courses and leadership training for international students on various themes such as practical knowledge management and history and culture.

The cooperation between the ASEAN community and Japan is essential.

We support international students who want to work in Japan and companies who want to employ excellent human resources.

Through group discussions and presentations, foreign jobseekers will gain experience in expressing your own opinions in Japanese. They will developed the ability to communicate, plan and lead.


We regularly hold “ONE DAY Japanese Cooking Class” once a month, and by creating a place where participants can enjoy cooking, we promote exchange among people from ASEAN countries.



As an international NGO, MPKEN has carried out development projects such as vocational education and training in ASEAN countries since 1997. We also support financial independent human resources that can continue to support the future of each country.

We support ASEAN and students who wish to study at Japanese universities, seek employment in Japan, and transfer their skills to their home countries, we organize "MPKEN JuKu", a prep class for students in the hope they can realize their dreams.



Based on more than 15 years of experience in providing employment support for foreign workers, we support companies that employs foreign workers and foreigners with specific skills as "registration support organizations". In addition, we also have an administrative legal office, specializing in consulting on visa application procedures.

We organize various events and seminars, including seminars inviting ASEAN seniors who are active in Japan as guests, life-related events such as real estate buying and career development, job fairs, etc.


We solve the problems of foreign companies and employees, such as recruitment methods, prevention and resolution of labor problems, communication tips, visa application points (administrative legal matters of MP law), points when working in Japan, etc.
