This study determined how low economic status affects the educational behavior of pupils, identified those programs available to assist those in low economic status, and developed a Support System Framework for the continuous progress of these programs. Qualitative design was utilized in realizing the purpose of the study. Specifically, case study approach was employed to have an in-depth grounding of the authentic experiences. This study used thematic and documentary analysis adopted from literature reviews. In the coding process, the researchers used MAXQDA computer software application to make varied representations and to increase the validity and reliability level of the codes. Based on the findings, pupils tend to affect their educational behavior due to less parental involvement, limited resources, and insufficient emotional affirmation. Moreover, programs are strongly anchored to making instructional designs that highlight academic equity and flexibility and creating strong partnerships and linkages that provide aspectual support to pupils. And ‘Helping Hands’, a support system framework is proposed iterating the processes and mechanisms to inspire different elementary schools in making programs, projects, and activities for economically challenged students sustainable. Nevertheless, this study was limited to the data gathered from school heads, teachers, and pupils in the Division of Batangas City. Furthermore, the primary constructs and results of the study together with the framework could be used as reference in creating and programming a support system for the low economic profile pupils.
