The purpose of this study was to use the "Shape It!" approach to improve the least mastered competencies of Colegio De Puerto Galera's BS Tourism Management students in the Purposive Communication course. Contextualized learning module designed to fit the framework of the curriculum in tourism management. A pre-experimental one- group pre-test was used in this study's descriptive-experimental research methodology. The post-test design was used since a group of students had received upskilling utilizing the "Shape It!" Educational Module." The study involved forty (40) first-year students. Of these, thirty (30) were chosen as the principal participants using the fishbowl method, and the remaining ten (10) students participated in the validation and reliability tests of the research instrument. The result revealed that contextualization of learning module enhanced the least mastered competencies in Purposive Communication. Likewise, the result showed that there is a significant difference in the level of achievement of the participants before and after using “Shape It!” Learning Module. The use of the proposed activity is recommended.
