This study attempted to determine the need for a Competency-Based Learning Material in Court Shoe Making in the 1st semester of the Academic Year 2022-23. A descriptive method of research was used in this study. The researcher utilized this method to determine the evaluation of the respondents on the developed CBLM. The data obtained in this study were from fifteen (15) Faculty/Trainers of Marikina Polytechnic College and Marikina Shoe Industry Development Office and fifteen (15) Industry Practitioners of Merel and Roweliza Shoes. The gathered data were statistically treated and analyzed. The result of the study showed that the two groups of respondents strongly agreed and highly accepted the developed Competency-Based Learning Material in Court Shoe Making based on accuracy, completeness, content, layout design, and usefulness. It means that the developed CBLM can be utilized as an effective learning material.
