Unprecedented health risks arise bringing an impact to daily living, especially on the lives of many students in the Philippines. This study determined the extent level of challenges on e-learning experienced by the students of Marikina Polytechnic College. The study utilized a prepared survey questionnaire based from the TIPEC Framework, that undergone development, validity and reliability testing to field experts and non-MPC students with the same profiling. Gathered data came from students of the Marikina Polytechnic College across the different levels and programs through voluntary response sampling, which accumulated a total of Three-Hundred Twenty Four (324) respondents. Data gathered were analyzed using Mean, Kruskal-Wallis H Test, Mann Whitney U-Test, and Ranking. It was observed that most of the respondents showed that they are challenged with their experienced on e-learning highlighting some of the indicators of the TIPEC Framework needing attention to address the challenges, collided with the general guidelines of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Memorandum Order No. 4 series of 2020 and CMO No. 32 Series of 2021. From the gathered data it aimed to recommend possible ways in addressing the challenges experienced by the MPC students on E- learning.
