How do I submit my timecard? (Web)
Myself > My Timecard > Select the row of the day you worked enter Time In and Time Out
How do I submit my timecard? (Mobile)
From the recommended tiles on the home screen, select Timecard
Select +Add Entry > In Time > Out Time
How do I submit time off?
Log in to ADP
Navigate to Myself > My Time Off > Request Time Off > Select Date > Select the Relevant Time Off Policy
What is the deadline to complete my timecard?
Annual pay dates and timecard submission deadlines can be found in the People & Culture Forms section under the document titled: Timecard Deadline / Pay Schedule.
What is the maximum amount for vacation accruals?
The maximum vacation an employee can accrue is 200 hours. Once this maximum is reached, all further accruals will cease. Accruals will recommence after the employee has taken vacation and their accrued hours have dropped below the maximum accrual.
What is the maximum amount for sick accruals?
The maximum sick time an employee can accrue is 160 hours. Once this maximum is reached, all further accruals will cease. Accruals will recommence after the employee has taken sick and their accrued hours have dropped below the maximum accrual.
How do personal hours work?
Upon your hire date you will receive 16 hours (full time employees) or 8 hours (part time employees).
For example, if your hire date is 7/1/24 and your birthday is 6/1 you will have 8 hours for your birthday on 6/1/25 and 8 hours for your anniversary on 7/1/25. Upon your anniversary date on 7/1/25 your balance will be renewed with 16 hours.
Employees should to take their personal days within at least a week of their anniversary date and birthday.
What if I need to submit Paid Office Closure on the same day as a holiday?
For example...let's consider December 24th which is a half day holiday (4 hours).
Log in to ADP.
Navigate to Myself > My Time Off > Request Time Off > Select Date > Select Paid Office Closure.
Select 12/24 as the start and end date. You will see the "Exclude Holidays" check box. Remove the check from that box and it should allow 4 hours to be entered. A warning will appear at the top that 12/24 is a holiday, but the system should allow this request anyway.
Finish by clicking the Review, then Submit buttons.
What if I have a change of address?
Please update your address in ADP.
If you are enrolled in benefits please submit a Qualifying Life Even in our benefits portal, Ease. The instructions are below.

Did you have a qualifying Life Event? Yes
Choose Qualifying Event from drop menu. Select the Event: Address Change
Add Event Date
Enter Details
Click Continue
Ease returns to Profile Overview
Complete section titled Qualifying Life Event Details
If proof of QLE is required, click Add and upload document(s)
Click Continue
Update Profile to reflect changes as needed
Click Continue
Add/Edit Dependents if necessary
Continue through each benefits module
Complete the event by adding your signature in the Sign Forms section
Click Finish.

W2s from 2024 and onwards are accessible in ADP via myself > pay > pay & tax statements.
If you need a W2 prior to 2024 please contact personnel@movementstrategy.org.
MSC will grant holiday time on the days listed to all regular full-time and part-time employees. See full policy in the MSC Employee Handbook.
Per the employee handbook:
Holidays falling on Saturdays will normally be observed on the preceding Friday. Holidays falling on Sundays will normally be observed on the following Monday. However, MSC may grant another day off in lieu of closing. Holiday observance will be announced in advance.

What if my project observes additional holidays?
If an FSP is interested in offering time off outside of the MSC holiday calendar, each employee should add those hours via the time off module in ADP under the time off policy "Paid Office Closure".
