I interned at Pineneedle Mountaineering. They are a local business in Durango and help sponsor many things in town. I chose this location because I wanted to get experience working in a business with other people. Some major take aways from this experience is that even though it is hard work, you can still have fun. Also, it was really good to be able to work alongside other people. This impacted my future goals because I can now have a better understanding of how much work actually goes into retail and how things run. I think I made an impact at my internship because I was very respectful and helpful to the people working there.
