• Goal for Respect: My goal for respect is to encourage others to listen with eyes and ears while teachers are talking or classmates are presenting. 

• This is what I commit to doing that will contribute to me accomplishing my goal for Refinement….
  How can I contribute to accomplishing my goal: not telling them but politely taping them to be quiet or pay attention to the teacher or classmate who is presenting.  

I will also contribute to my goal by paying attention to the teachers and classmates to be a role model

Others will know I'm actually doing it when they see me...

Others will see me doing this when they see me 

politely taping my classmates to let them know that they need to stop talking or not paying their full attention to the teacher or a classmate.

My goal for Integrity is to provide polite  reminders to others to act professionally and do the right thing.

They will see me saying we should act a little bit more like 6th graders rather than acting like 4th or 5th graders. 

They will not see me “be more responsible, you are acting like a little kid.”

The difference it will make is:

The difference is that we will all be more respectful to our teachers and our classmates.

 Also we will all be quiet in the hall as we walk to dig. media each day and we will.

 My goal for effort is to see failures as challenges as an opportunity for growth.

What is the definition of confidence?

I think that the definition of confidence is that you are not afread to talk in class. I also think that it is important to be self  confident.
