Sooner or later, everyone gets the blues. Feeling sadness, loneliness, or grief when you go through a difficult life experience like a break-up or mourning the loss of a family member is part of being human. And most of the time, you can continue to function. You know that in time you will bounce back, and you do.  Please talk with someone, a School Counselor or parent, or even a friend to help you through this time.


If you worry a lot about things or situations in life, you may want to let a parent know and speak with your primary care physician. If you find yourself sad a lot, it may be hard to just “snap out of it”.  Check out these resources and reach out to someone for help:
