ANXIETY

Anxiety is a feeling - typically of nervousness, worry, or unease.  Usually, it’s about a situation where you aren’t sure what the outcome will be.  Usually, the feelings listed before are created by the thoughts we have about the situation coming up.  No one is exempt from the feeling of anxiety.  We have resources listed below to help you understand anxiety and also find ways to cope.  Read through these resources and reach out to your school counselor if your feelings of anxiety become too much, or if you want to join the group on anxiety.
