Senior Year

Senior year is centered around the pathway's restaurant, Bistro XX. Students learn how to plan, advertise and manage the pathway's bistro while also learning the economics of profit & loss in the hospitality industry. Each quarter students will be introduced to specific themes. They are listed below.

Themes per quarter:

• Planning & organizing the front and back of the house, safety, hospitality, tourism, recreation

• Management & customer service

• Marketing

• Hospitality, tourism, recreation, profit & loss

El último año se centra en el restaurante de Pathway, Bistro XX. Los estudiantes aprenden a planear, publicitar y administrar el bistró de la ruta, al mismo tiempo que aprenden la economía de las pérdidas y ganancias en la industria hotelera. Cada cuarto se presentará a los estudiantes a temas específicos.

Temas por cuarto:

• Planificación y organización de la parte delantera y trasera de la casa, seguridad, hospitalidad, turismo, recreación

• Gestión y servicio al cliente

• Marketing

• Hotelería, turismo, recreación, pérdidas y ganancias
