The Ruler Drop Test
This test uses the known properties of gravity to determine how long it takes a person to respond to the dropping of an object by measuring how far the object can falls before being caught.

Chair
Table
Assistant
Procedure:
Procedure:
Put your forearm on the table.
Put your hand, thumb and fingers at the bottom of the ruler (not holding it)
Your partner will hold the ruler at the top and they will drop it.
Catch the ruler as soon as possible.
Record distance from bottom of the ruler to your thumb.
Repeat the test 3 times on each hand
