Who We are and What We do:

A Child Welfare & Attendance Counselor (CWA) supports students' academic, emotional, and social development. We provide Tier 1 support to help students navigate challenges such as academic stress, peer relationships, and personal issues. CWA's also offer guidance on career exploration, goal setting, and academic planning, helping students make informed decisions about their future.
