C.A.R.E. Team
who we are & What we do:
We are a team of Mental Health Clinicians (Clinical Social Workers and Clinical Marriage & Family Therapists) who support the emotional and psychological well-being of students.
Services provided:
Provide individual and group counseling to address issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, behavioral problems, and social challenges
Advocate for students' mental health needs within the school setting
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss and plan for students' overall support and development
Provide psychoeducation to students, staff, and parents about mental health topics while promoting mental health awareness
Research/provide referrals to external mental health services and resources when additional support is needed
