Nurse-Family Partnership is an evidence-based community healthcare program that has been serving first-time mothers in Kern County since 2000. The program provides low-income, first-time moms with he care and support they need to have a healthy pregnancy, provide competent care for their children, and achieve a better life for themselves and their families.
